Mr. Joseph Gega is a seasoned sophiscated investor, operator and financier of opportunistic Commercial Real Estate opportunities. His alignment of interest and focus is in capital preservation and good yield returns through commercial real estate asset classes of Multifamily, Retail Neighborhood Shopping Centers, Hospitality (Flag Hotels) and Offices.

VP of all Investment and Originations with expertise creating flexible financing options for all commercial lending needs. In charge of all investment originations such as Multifamily Purchase and Refinance, Bridge Loans, Fix and Flip, 2-Year No Ratio Bridge, Credit Lines. Multifamily Bridge Loans and non-recourse fixed-rate debt.
Working in the lending industry for over 29 years at Citibank, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Countrywide, Albanian American Enterprise Fund.

Kenneth Wood

Vice President

 

Kenneth Wood is Vice President of Nationwide Capital based in Stamford CT. He is responsible for originating and closing loans across Nationwide Capital platforms which include Multifamily Bridge; Ground up construction; fix and flip.

Ken brings more than 25 years’ experience in the commercial real estate fiancé arena. Having worked with a variety of financial companies ranging from banks CMBS to private debt funds he has significant experience in due diligence; underwriting; appraisal and appraisal review; asset management.

He has worked for Credit Sussie; Northeast Bank; and multiple debt funds including Money360; Verus and Red Oak Capital.

Ken holds a BS degree in Finance and was a Certified Commercial Appraiser and has served on the City of Norwalk zoning council.

Vincent Troisi

VP Underwriting

 

Mr. Troisi is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing loans across Nationwide Capital’s vast financing platform. His expertise comes from a background of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, Bridge, Mezzanine, Preferred Equity, and CMBS programs.  He has extensive client contact with borrowers, developers, traded and non-traded multifamily REIT’s, owners and mortgage brokers.
